Please include:

• The page address you were on.
• The values you entered.
• The number shown and the number you expected.
• The rate timestamp displayed on the page, if it involved a currency.

Requests we get a lot

• A missing currency. Tell us the ISO code and where you need it.
• A new calculator. Describe the calculation and when you would use it.
• Historical charts. Already planned; extra context on your use case helps.

What we cannot help with

We are not a bank, broker or money-transfer service, and we cannot access, trace or reverse any transaction. For a specific transfer or card charge, contact your provider directly.
